Where is Swapner Shahar?
In Malibanda mouza, Kaliganj, Gazipur, beside the proposed 120 ft Shaheed Latif Road, north of Jinda Park in Purbachal. It is about 5 minutes from the 180 ft expressway and 30 minutes from Kuril Bishwa Road by the 300 ft highway.
What plot sizes can I buy?
Plots come in 3, 5, 10 and 20 katha, and you can also start with 1 katha. One katha is 720 square feet.
How much is the booking money?
Tk 20,000 per katha. You pay 30% of the price as down payment within 30 days, and the rest in up to 72 monthly installments.
What is the price per katha?
Prices and current offers are shared on call or WhatsApp, so you always get the latest figures.
Can we buy in joint names?
Yes. A plot can be booked by more than one person or in joint names.
What happens if the buyer passes away?
If a buyer passes away after paying 50% of the price in installments, the remaining installments are waived and the plot is registered to their legal heir.
When is the handover?
Project handover is planned for 2032. Registration is given as soon as payment is complete.
